It was meant to be a joke.
Our marketing agency has "Evergrow" in the name, so calling ourselves "The Everbros" was just clever wordplay.
We thought it was safe because we picture ourselves as some of the least bro-ey bros out there.
Then the podcast grew and things got weird.
Guys started emailing us business pitches that started with "Hey Bro..." (I know, we should have seen that coming).
Our female listenership would tell us things like "I didn't listen to you guys for the longest time because I figured you were kind of...you know, but...[proceeds to say nice things]." (again, predictable).
Guests would come on the podcast and have no problem swearing, but avoided saying our name later when sharing the episode.
It turned out that the only people in on the joke were us.

So we killed The Everbros and replaced it with The Agency Growth Podcast.
The name aligns better with the people we vibe with — in one word, "professional".
We're still the same guys, just with a name you don't have to explain when recommending us to a friend.
Cheers to growth,
Cody & Jake

The Everbros Are Dead.
Long Live The Agency Growth Podcast.
